Prices are set in GBP (£). If you shop from outside the UK, prices may be shown in your local currency (USD, CAD or EUR) for convenience, converted at the current exchange rate. The amount charged at checkout is final. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Orders outside the UK are sent from our international fulfilment partners and may take 5–15 business days. The delivery charge depends on the weight of each item and is shown at checkout. Some heavy items are available in the UK only.

Our prices and delivery charges do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes (such as VAT or GST) in your country. These may be collected by the carrier before delivery, and you are responsible for paying them. If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, we will refund the item price, minus the original delivery charge and any return costs we are charged.

Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

Our returns and refund process is detailed in our Refund & Returns Policy. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these terms.
