Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

To exercise this right, please notify us at info@gmshop.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation or deduct a restocking fee if items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Returns Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, strictly for the following reasons only:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item does not match the product description
  • Incorrect item received

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected, items no longer wanted, or buyer’s remorse of any kind.

Multi-item orders: If your order contains multiple items, you may not return a selection of items from that order. Returns are only accepted for the entire order, and only where every item qualifies under our returns criteria above. We do not accept partial returns where only some items from a multi-item order are being returned.

To request a return, email info@gmshop.co.uk with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic or video evidence for every item you are claiming is faulty. Requests without sufficient evidence will not be processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or compensation in the following circumstances:

  • The item has been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • The return request is made after 30 days of the delivery date
  • The wrong delivery address was provided at checkout
  • The package was unclaimed, refused, or not collected at delivery
  • Damage is limited to outer packaging only, with no damage to the item itself
  • The customer changed their mind after the 14-day statutory cancellation period
  • The customer selected the wrong size, colour, or variation
  • Minor colour differences due to screen or monitor settings
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event (unless faulty)
  • No photographic or video evidence is provided to support the claim

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@gmshop.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear written description of the issue
  • Clear photographic or video evidence showing the fault or damage

Claims without sufficient evidence will not be eligible. We will review and respond within 3โ€“5 business days. Where a valid claim is confirmed, we will arrange a full refund or resend the item at our discretion.

Please do not return any items without written approval from our team first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Delivery Disputes

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, you must report this within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Contact us at info@gmshop.co.uk with your order number and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.

We are unable to investigate delivery disputes reported more than 7 days after the marked delivery date.
