Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and the product. Some items ship from UK or European warehouses and may arrive in 3–7 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.
Do you provide tracking for my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order on our Track Order page or directly on the courier’s website.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands may take slightly longer.
What happens if my order is delayed?

Please email info@gmshop.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a full refund or replacement.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
Please contact us at info@gmshop.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will resolve this promptly with a replacement or refund.
Can I return an item if I changed my mind?
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Outside this window, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us at info@gmshop.co.uk to discuss.
