Shipping Policy

When you place an order on GM Shop, our fulfilment team picks, quality-checks and packs your item before shipping it directly to your door. You will not see any third-party branding — everything arrives as a GM Shop order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

We deliver to the UK, USA, Canada and 13 EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden). Orders outside the UK are sent from our international fulfilment partners and usually arrive within 5–15 business days. The delivery charge depends on the weight of each item and is shown at checkout before you pay. Some heavy items are available in the UK only.
